Job Descriptions
Branch President -
Responsible for managing assets and processes to continually improve profitability and efficiencies at the branch level. Provides superior service to our business partners and their customers.
Branch Controller -
Manages all accounting functions to include payables, receivables, posting of collections, month end close, account reconciliation, money room control, auditing functions and payroll reporting. May also function as office manager.
Account Executive -
Develops new customers via outside sales calls, and maintains existing customers through execution of retention program.
Operations Manager -
Manages technicians, movers and customer service representatives. Also in charge of purchasing and inventory control.
Customer Service Technician -
Maintains equipment in good working condition, both in shop and at client locations.
Customer Service Representative -
Responsible for cash collection on assigned machines, minor equipment repairs, and customer service.
